Prom send-off coverage Individual, couple, family & group portraits Coverage at up to 3 locations Travel between locations Creative editorial-style portraits Coverage of arrival and walk-in at prom 30 professionally edited images Up to 250 RAW images included 1 preview image delivered within 2 hours Full online gallery Print release Priority editing Booking & Policies • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session and is applied to your total. • Remaining balance is due immediately after the session (cash, card, or approved digital payments). • 15-minute grace period; after that, a $50 late fee applies. Over 30 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling with a new retainer. • Sessions start on time—arrive ready to shoot. • Up to 3 participants; max 2 guests. Unattended children are not permitted for safety and to maintain a smooth session environment. Delivery & Editing • Proof gallery delivered within 72 hours. • Final images delivered within 7–10 business days after selection. • Editing is done in the photographer’s artistic style. By booking, you accept this style and creative direction. • No additional filters or edits may be applied to final images. • Expedited editing (3 days) available for $150 (standard packages only; others require approval). Client Responsibilities • Clients agree to be prepared, follow direction, and assist with coordination. • Sessions may be stopped if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate; no refunds will be issued. Usage & Copyright • Photographer retains full copyright, including raw files. • Clients receive personal-use rights only (no resale or commercial use). • Raw images are not included unless purchased or part of a package. • By booking, you trust the photographer’s artistic judgment. Rescheduling & Conditions • Weather-related rescheduling is allowed (next available date, agreed future date, or indoor option). • Force majeure: not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond control. Storage & Liability • Galleries expire after 3 months. Raw files stored up to 3 months, then may be deleted. • Photographer is not responsible for technical failures or unforeseen issues.
